B. Board Oversight

The Mortonn Board will adopt and implement a good governance structure in the form of an association, creating a new token financing intermediary organization, implementing voluntary supervision and mutual trust between parties. The Board assists and manages general and privileged matters of the blockchain shared industry ecosystem community. The main goal of the global board governance structure design is to effectively supervise the sustainability of the shared industry ecosystem community and the security of funds raised. The governance of this project's ecosystem community is mainly coordinated by the Board of Directors.
